Manure robots in stables

Looking to clean your stable? The JOZ-Tech manure robot is easy to use. You can pre-set an unlimited number of cleaning paths. This allows you to have each section of the stable cleaned at a specific time. For example, you can opt to have the waiting room cleaned after milking is finished. Only one installation is required, and then there is nothing more that needs to be done.

Independent navigation

The JOZ manure robot uses transponder technology. This technology allows you to set up an unlimited number of paths.

The transponders in the floor ensure that the JOZ manure robot runs seamlessly through the stables. Of course, the JOZ-Tech is able to ‘move freely’. It can navigate itself independently without always having to follow a guiding wall or beam.

Charging the manure robot

The batteries are charged and the water tank is filled automatically at the charging station. This can be done at a location out of reach of the cows.

Your dealer can also watch the process together with you in real time. This makes its operation incredibly convenient while also increasing the quality of service.

Clean floors, healthy cows

Comfort for your cows, animal well-being and hygiene are all inextricably linked. Each factor affects the other. That is why JOZ takes all of these aspects into account with every single solution. Cow comfort is an important economic parameter in livestock farming. Infectious hoof diseases, such as digital dermatitis, interdigital dermatitis and foot rot are caused by bacteria that occur in cattle manure.

Lameness can cause a lot of damage on cattle farms. This damage can be broken down into direct economic damage (the costs of treatment and non-delivery of milk from sick or treated cows) and indirect damage (lower milk production, decreased fertility and early disposal). That means that good hoof health not only contributes to animal welfare, but also makes it easier to conduct work activities at your company.
